Panaji: After being caught on wrong foot for misquoting Governor Satya Pal Malik over the statement blaming media for the covid-19 outbreak, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant refused to reply to the question.
After consistently asking CM replied “whatever Governor has said is correct.”
