Panaji: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Thursday congratulated Calangute based student Shane Fernandes for receiving award from Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his best letter on “Letter to Bapu.”
Sawant took on to the Facebook to greet Fernandes. The CM wrote: I congratulate Shane Fernandes from Calangute, Goa, recipient of award from PM Shri Narendra Modi ji, for writing the best letter on “Letter to Bapu” theme. His letter highlighted the importance of #swachhata and sanitation for all. He is an inspiration to all Goans as we embark on our mission to keep Goa clean and green.
