Panaji: Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar visited the house of Francis D’Souza at Mapusa to pay tribute to his childhood friend and a colleague in the party.
Parrikar who is currently ailing went on a wheel chair at the residence of D’Souza. The mortal remains of D’Souza are kept for public tribute.
Chief Minister greeted family members of D’Souza during his short visit at 4 p.m.
