As 22 fresh cases get reported in the capital city of Panaji, the fears that I had raised much earlier seems to be coming true. If this spread continues, we are staring at a stage of Total Administrative Failure as key Government offices are based in the city.
We’re also aware by now that the official figures are far from correct which again is a cause for anxiety as the spread can be fast and uncontrollable in the congested capital.
