Panaji: 14-year-old girl became the youngest victim of COVID-19 infection in the State on Saturday, which reported five new deaths.
State Health Bulletin mentioned that 14-year-old girl from Vasco died at Goa Medical College and Hospital. She was tested positive for COVID-19 infection.
Rest four persons who succumbed to the infection includes 80-year-old female, 65-year-old and 80-year-old and another man, all of whom succumbed to the infection at ESI hospital in Margao.
During the day, 146 new cases of COVID-19 infection were detected while 182 were sent back home after their recovery.
