Panaji: A meeting of MLAs and MPs from BJP and its supporting parties with NDA’s Presidential candidate Droupadi Murmu began in Goa in the afternoon at a hotel in Panaji.
All the 20 BJP MLAs and five other supporting lawmakers and two Members of Parliament – Shripad Naik (Lok Sabha) and Vinay Tendulkar (Rajya Sabha) attended the meeting in the afternoon.
Murmu had arrived in Goa on Thursday morning where she was received by BJP Goa President Sadanand Tanavade in presence of Naik and Tendulkar.
