Panaji: Bharatiya Janata Party Goa spokesman Yatish Naik has said that his party has nothing to do with the political developments that has taken up in the Congress party.
Naik told reporters at BJP office in Panaji that the political developments that were witnessed on Sunday were part of Congress’ internal differences and BJP should not be labeled with trying to engineer a split.
The BJP spokesman said that BJP has nothing to do with whatever that is happening in Congress party.
Responding to a question whether rebel Congress MLAs had met the chief minister, Naik said “due to Assembly session, many MLAs may have been meeting the CM.” “That does not mean BJP or government is involved in something,” he said.
