Panaji: In order to avoid another embarrassment to defective Chief Minister of Goa Dr. Pramod Sawant, BJP managed to transfer Governor of Goa Satya Pal Malik ji to Meghalaya after nexus between Goa BJP and Drug Mafia was exposed by Congress Party, its Goa unit president Girish Chodankar said.
