Bicholim: In view of the elections in Maharashtra state, the Bicholim police have strengthened the borders touching Maharashtra state and increased patrolling around the state borders.
As a result of this, today while on patrolling duty, they found a black-colored plastic polyethylene bag and one carton box kept in the bushes at Canal Road, Dodamarg, Goa. Upon verification, they found Real Choice liquor bottles and vodka wine bottles.
Details are as follows:
- Real Choice Blended Malt Whisky – 36 bottles.
- Green Apple Vodka – 10 bottles.
A total of 46 liquor bottles, measuring 34.500 liters, worth ₹30,000, were seized under Panchanama by ASI Laximan Ghadi and PC 7138 under the supervision of Pl Shri. Dinesh Gadekar of Bicholim police station.
