Pernem : MLA of Pernem Babu Azgaonkar said he has provided relief to people in his constituency especially during the Pandemic in the form of groceries and basic amenities. “I provided ration to nine thousand people and sanitised the houses of those who contacted COVID19”
Azgaokar said those who are criticising him are ungrateful since his developmental work in Pernem is quite evident. “We live in a democratic state, any one can give suggestions and criticise but these days there is a tendency among people who have no ethics and just want to make their videos viral by making allegations on ministers, these allegations have no factual ground” asserted Azgaonkar.
Earlier a resident of Pernem Naresh Korgaokar with his kins questioned Azgaonkar on employment in the middle of the road which led to a heated argument between the two.
“I have developed my Constituency by bringing water and electricity resources”. Azgaokar inferred that he not only provided employment but also developed infrastructure.
