Audacity: Birch by Romeo Lane Owner Releases Message on Social Media

Panaji: Saurabh Luthra, one of the owners of the controversial nightclub Birch by Romeo Lane at Arpora in North Goa, in a post on Instagram said that the management will extend every possible form of assistance, support, and cooperation to the bereaved and affected individuals.

A total of 25 persons were killed, and five are currently being treated at Goa Medical College and Hospital after the nightclub caught fire on Saturday.

Saurabh Luthra, who is booked along with Gaurav Luthra in connection with the case, posted on his Instagram on Monday claiming that the management is profoundly grief-stricken and deeply shaken by the tragic loss of lives resulting from the unfortunate incident at Birch.

In the hour of irreparable sorrow and overwhelming distress, the management stands in unwavering solidarity with the families of the deceased as well as those injured and conveys its heartfelt condolences with utmost sincerity, he wrote on Instagram.

The management further affirms that it shall extend every possible form of assistance, support, and cooperation to the bereaved and affected individuals as they navigate through this period of immense anguish and adversity, he added.

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Sunday said that a team of Goa Police had left for Delhi to arrest the Luthras.
