Porvorim: Former IT minister and Porvorim MLA Rohan Khaunte has said that government’s move to design a new start-up policy was yet another attempt to tarnish legacy of former CM Manohar Parrikar.
Khaunte tweeted “Yet another attempt by @DrPramodPSawant govt to tarnish the legacy of former CM Shri Manohar Parrikar. The IT Policy 2017 was a passion project conceived by Manohar Bhai and executed by me under his vision in my role as IT minister of Goa.”
Meanwhile, Goa Tech Association has tweeted “Why do we need a new StartUP policy? Lot of thought process has gone in drafting the existing one with late CM @Manoharparrikar. Invest time and money on IT infrastructure.”
