Panaji: State Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT) from this week will conduct aptitude test and career guidance cfor students of class Xth and XIIth.
Nearly 36,000 students are set to go for the test that will help them to assess their areas of interest so that they can chose and pursue the right career oriented courses.
The SCERT had last month conducted training workshop on conducting aptitude test and career guidance programme for teachers of the secondary and higher secondary schools.
The text will comprise of four sections- verbal, numerical, spatial and logical and each section will consist of 15 questions roughly.
While for class X students, the test will be guided to pick the most suitable stream to purse post SSC, the students of Class XII will be recommended on career choices.
