Panaji: The hearing in anticipatory bail petition filed by Puja Sharma, who is booked for Assagao House demolition case, has been postponed to Friday.
Senior lawyer advocate Surendra Desai represented Sharma before the District and Sessions court on Wednesday.
Talking to reporters, Desai said that the Crime Branch has filed a huge response to the anticipatory bail petition before the court at the last minute due to which the hearing could not be completed today.
He claimed that the allegations levelled against his client are absolutely false and she is in Mumbai.
