Today motor vehicke checking drive was conducted by staff of Anjuna Police Station against private vehicles being given for rent purposes.
As per SDPO Mapusa Jivba Dalvi a special drive was conducted against unauthorised vehicles being given for rent purpose.
During the drive following private vehicles used for commercial purpose on rental basis without valid permit.
1) One private Fascino bearing registration No. GA 03 AG 5108
2) One private Fascino bearing registration No. GA 03 AG 5105
3) One private Maruti Swift car bearing registration No. GA 07 L 2776
4) One private Aviator bearing registration No. GA 08 AK 9166.
a detailed report is u/s 192 of Motor Vehicle Act is being submitted before Honble court for issuing challan and necessary action. A seperate letter is also being sent to the regional RTO office for cancellation of registration of the seized vehicles.
Entire checking was done by PI Prashal Dessai under supervision of SP North Nidhin Valsan IPS and SDPO Mapuca Jivba Dalvi .
