Anjuna police arrest one for house breaking and theft.
As per SDPO Mapusa Jivba Dalvi It is reported that on 03/10/23 one Mr. Nitin S / o Surjyanarayan Sahu , age 24 years , R / o Yoyo Goa Vagator Retreat Hotel at Vagator , lodged his complaint to the effect that on the intervening night of 02nd October and 3rd October at Room No. 103 , Yoyo Goa Vagator Retreat Hotel , Vagator, Goa, Some unknown accused Person effected entry in to his hotel room and committed theft of one SAMSUNG S4 Fold mobile phone having AIRTEL and JIO SIM Cards belonging to his brother Mr. Rohan S / o Babula Sahu of W/Rs. 1,50,000/-
Immediately PI Anjuna PS Shri. Prashal Dessai formed team consisting of PSI Ashish Porob, HC Dnyneshwar Gawandi, PC Mahendra Mandrekar, PC Rupesh Azgaonkar, PC Abhishek Kasar, PC Adarsh, PC Mayur Ghadi and Kishan Bugde wherein they through their Relaible sources apprehended one Pundalik Chavan, age 27yrs r/o Dmellowado Anjuna and during interrogation he admitted his involvement in the crime and further recovered the stolen mobile phone at his instance.
The case is under investigation under the overall supervision of Shri. Jivba G. dalvi, SDPO Mapusa and Shri. Nidhin Valson, IPS, SP (North), Porvorim.
