Margao: Sports Minister Manohar Ajgaonkar today congratulated Goa Team and the Association representing National Benchpress Championship held at Pune, recently.
Goa Super Bodies Powerlifting Association President Alison Morenas said that total 32 players had participated including four women, 28 men and two officials.
Regina Dourado won Silve and Bronze medal in Women master (52kg) category while Dhananjay Naik won Silver medal in 59 kg category.
Archita Shirodkar won Bronze medal in Sub-Junior category.
Also, Prasad Naik won in Senior and Mackbal Fernandes in Sub Junior category both securing Broze Medal in National Benchpress Championship which was held at Ranchi.
