Adv. Aires Rodrigues has filed a complaint against a Crime Branch Station House Officer (SHO) for having on 19th December verbally intimidated his friend who had gone to hand over a letter to Police Inspector Satish Gawade.
In a complaint jointly addressed to the Chief Secretary, Director General of Police and the Superintendent of Police Crime Branch, Adv. Rodrigues has drawn their attention to the very serious high-handed and uncalled for behavior of the SHO.
Adv. Rodrigues in his complaint has sought an immediate inquiry and necessary action against the SHO for his cavalier behaviour which was clearly contrary to the laid down protocol and the rule of law.
Adv. Rodrigues had through his friend sent a letter addressed to Inspector Satish Gawade requesting him to let him know the date and time when he should appear before him to give all further clarification on the false, malicious and fabricated case filed against him about the alleged dual nationality.
