Air India flight faces bird hit at Dabolim International Airport

Vasco: Air India Express flight which was about to depart from Dabolim International Airport in South Goa had to abort its take off due to a bird hit on Wednesday morning.
A senior Airport Authority of India official said that AIC 684 flight which was scheduled to take off from Dabolim Airport to Mumbai airport had to abort its take off at the runway due to a bird hit.

The bird hit happened at 6.45 am when the flight was about to take off.
“The take off was aborted immediately and the flight is parked in the bay for further investigation,” he said.
