Panaji: Department of Information and Publicity on Thursday initiated inquiry after the grave error of quoting Manohar Parrikar as the chief minister of the state in their Teachers’ Day media statement.
Director of Information and Publicity Meghana Shetgaonkar said that she would initiate inquiry into the error. “It is a grave error which should not have happened. I will surely inquire into it and the person responsible will have to face action,” she said.
