Quepem: Goa Police have arrested 55-year-old man for sexually abusing a woman and her minor daughter between April 2019 till September, 2024.
Quepem police have arrested Xavier Caitan Morais (55) on from Cupamoddi, Assolda, Quepem in South Goa on Thursday for sexually abusing a woman and her minor daughter from April 2019 till September 2024.
The complaint mentions that the accused had forcefully sexually assaulted complainant lady and her minor daughter, who 15 years old then.
The accused also showed the minor girl, a pornographic content against her will, videographer and photographed mother and daughter and threatened to circulate or upload their objectionable photographs on the social media.
Police said that the accused has been arrested under section 376, 354 of Indian Penal Code (rape), section 8 of Goa Children’s Act and Section 78 of BNS.
