Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 456 and reached 1,60,740 on Wednesday, a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 2,877 as 16 of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 152073 with 549 of them getting discharged on Wednesday. The number of active cases is now 5790, the official said.
“With 3157 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 8,54,958,” he added.
