Panaji: Crime Branch today arrested 20-year old lcoal for cultivating cannabis plants at Alto Porvorim.
Accused Christopher Michael from Porvorim was caught red handed with cultivated Cannabis plants worth Rs 3.5 lakhs in the garden areas of his residential bungalow. The plants were weighing 740 gms.
