Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 1487 and reached 1,50,897 on Wednesday , a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 2,499 as 39 of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 132607 with 1363 of them getting discharged on Wednesday. The number of active cases is now 15,791, the official said.
“With 4615 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 8,01,599,” he added.
