Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 1401 and reached 1,47,861 on Monday , a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 2,421 as 38 of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 129162 with 2362 of them getting discharged on Monday. The number of active cases is now 16,278, the official said.
“With 3963 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 7,91,940,” he added.
