Panaji: Chairing the first ever Town and Country Planning (TCP) Board meeting today, Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for TCP Chandrakant Kavlekar cleared 107 applications of those with an area of less than 500 sq mtrs, for zone change under section 16B.
Kavlekar said that as promised on the Floor of the House, Board has granted provisional approvals to 107 applications, with an area of less than 500 sq mtrs and those between Rs 500 sq mtrs to Rs 1000 sq mtrs, for zone change under section 16B.
He said that there were total 3400 applications within 500 sq mtrs area and 600 applications are between 501 sq mtrs to 1000 sq mtrs pending with the Board.
