Two Sangli women amongst three arrested for running prostitution racket

Anjuna: Anjuna Police  have arrested three persons including two women and rescued three girls from a prostitution ring on Thursday evening.

Anjuna Police Inspector C L Patil said that a girl each from Thane (Maharashtra), Mumbai and Madhya Pradesh were rescued from a prostitution racket.

He said that  three people including two women were arrested under Immoral Trafficking Act after it was found that they had trafficked these girls and were living on earnings out of prostitution.

Patil said Shaish Karan, 33 (Rajasthan), Shainaz Kazo, 37 (Sangli, Maharashtra) and Ujwala Kamble, 36 (Sangli, Maharashtra) were arrested in the raid.
