Panaji: BJP Candidate Siddharth Kunkolienkar was one of the early voters, who voted at Junta House.
Accompanied by his family, Kunkolienkar voted at booth number 21 at Sub Registrar office at Junta House.
He is vying to be the MLA of Panaji for third time.
